CuspDent is a CRM for dentistry. Schedule, patients, treatment, invoices and reports in one application that the whole clinic uses at the same time.
On-premise software: your data stays in your clinic
CuspDent is not a cloud service. The application and the database with patient records, treatment and payments run on the clinic's server, and only the clinic controls them.

Your own server
A ready-made mini server for the clinic: plug it into power and the network, and the application works. Or a server the clinic rents in a data center.

No vendor cloud
Data is not stored by CuspDent and does not pass through our servers: the application updates from the clinic's server, and the license is a signed file that needs no connection to us.

Full control
The clinic decides who connects to the server, from where, and how backups are made. The database is standard PostgreSQL, and a full copy can be taken at any time.

Data is never locked
If the license is not renewed, the application switches to read-only mode: records, invoices and reports remain available.
Only messages to patients leave the clinic, through the SMS and email service the clinic has chosen. AI is switched on only if the clinic wants it, with the clinic's own key.

Supplier invoices by category with VAT, filled in from a file by AI; salaries from rates, hours and a share of payments.
